Dame Whina Cooper was a New Zealand Māori leader who worked for Māori rights and the welfare of Māori women. In 1975, aged 79, she led the Māori land march to Parliament in Wellington.

MODEL The 3D sapphon: an amethyst core (PATRICIA's final say), Dave's 12 layers as stacked rings (upper 5…1 above, lower −1…−6 below, +1 super id { connection} as the halo), RED/BLUE/GREEN lane rings around the waist and three needles for the {i}, {id} and {sid} radials. ARTIST proposes the sculpture's twist, gap, gain, hue and ring thickness; CRITIC scores how faithfully they encode this dossier. Every 40 rounds the workspace loop reviews: plateau → ARTIST explores wider, gains → ARTIST refines. On each new best the I-13 VM re-computes the CRITIC score.
