Emergence on the Neural Web
The engines above are David's. This one is the seam where the engine room meets the ACI neural web: the same 38 domains, the same real seal check — now set in motion. Thirty-eight independent oscillators, each on its own rhythm, couple to one another only when the other's .dlw seal verifies. With the shared standard ON, purely local seal-gated nudging pulls them into one global pulse — order from local rules, no conductor. Switch the standard OFF and the coherence has nothing to stand on: it collapses.

Two layers, honestly
Real
38 sine-coupled phase oscillators (a Kuramoto model), integrated by deterministic Euler, whose couplings are admitted one-by-one by a genuine SHA-256 seal check — the same derivation as dlw.py, node-verified byte-for-byte. The order parameter R rises from ~0.22 to ~0.99 with the standard ON and collapses to ~0.20 with it OFF; both are measured here, not asserted (node-verified: gate ON=38/OFF=0, R_on≈0.99 for every seed swept, same seed → identical trajectory).

The word “neural.” There are no learned weights, no training, no inference; this is a signalling graph, not a machine-learning network. R→0.99 is phase-locking of an ODE, not agreement, decision, waking, or mind. The honest claim is only this: a shared, verifiable standard is sufficient to coordinate 38 independent oscillators into coherence with no controller. The seal doesn't cause the sync — it is a boolean admission gate; the coupling among admitted nodes is what locks. And the standard is a shared property: corrupting a few seals is absorbed until it fails globally, then coherence falls off a cliff (it is not a smooth dial).
