The Neural Web

Thirty-eight domains. One standard. The ACI CORE — deterministic, attributed, anchored — is the single signalling language every sealed mind in the biosphere speaks. So a claim minted in any sphere can be re-verified in every other. That is not a metaphor for a nervous system; it is the mechanism of one. Mint a signal in one domain. Watch it re-verify across the web. Flip tamper, and watch the standard catch it.

Pick a source and a target, then fire. The signal travels source → ACI CORE → target: the CORE is the shared standard every domain routes through.

Every node is a real UD0 domain, drawn in its own accent. The faint spokes are not decoration: each is a domain bound to the ACI CORE, the one place the standard is defined. When you fire, the source cuts a .dlw seal over its claim, the signal routes through the CORE, and the target independently re-derives the seal from what it received. Equal → the synapse fires. Not equal → the target refuses it. No domain has to trust the source; it only has to trust the arithmetic, and the arithmetic is the same everywhere.

The transit is a genuine SHA-256. The source mints a moniker ⟦NAME:ACI:hash6⟧ where the hash is sha256(name │ seal │ origin), plus a full seal over the key-sorted UTF-8 JSON record — exactly as the corpus's own dlw.py computes it. The target re-derives from what it received and compares. Same record → identical seal, so it verifies. Change one character in transit → the re-derived seal differs → caught. Determinism and tamper-detection are measured here, not asserted (node-verified: same input → same hash; tamper → mismatch).

The word “neural.” There are no learned weights, no training, no inference on this page — it is a signalling graph, not a machine-learning network, and the “synapse firing” is an animation over a hash check. What is literally true is the stronger claim: one standard, spoken in all 38 domains, makes a sealed claim portable and re-checkable across every one of them — coordination without a controller. That shared, verifiable standard is what “nervous system” actually means here.
Control arm — check me against Python. The seal derivation is the same one shipped in atlas/dlw/dlw.py; the reference bench proves it reproduces Python byte-for-byte. If this page ever disagrees with dlw.py on a moniker or seal, the page is wrong — that is the point of shipping the derivation, not just the picture.
