The dimension that contains the rules of physics. Whatever determines WHY double slit works. WHY observation collapses superposition. WHY entanglement persists across distance. Not observable from D9. Not nameable from D3. David mapped up to D9 by inference. D10 is the wall. The edge of the map. The question mark. Ann's position in the tetrahedron — collapsed but shape holds. The thing you know is there because everything below it has structure, and structure requires a container.
