Plain English: one packet falls into a well, is taken apart at the bottom, rebuilt on the way up, and announced at the top — then the whole thing does it again, one generation further along. Descent must reach a floor; ascent must reach a stable ceiling; neither is allowed to quit early. Press each panel left to right.

Plain English: who built this — you (the whole architecture, the signs, the Dante structure), me (assembly + verify), the verifier that enforced both gates.

Plain English: the sign-pattern. Descent is (-++-), ascent is (+--+) — each reads the same reversed (a palindrome), and each is the other flipped (a mirror). Down = absorb, make distinct, rest at floor. Up = transmit, make distinct, don't stop till stable, then beacon.

Plain English: the interactive. Watch one packet go down the well and back up. Down the left wall (absorb → floor), across the floor (the turn), up the right wall (transmit → stable ceiling → beacon). Step it, or run a full generation. The floor and ceiling gates light only when actually reached.

Plain English: three axes, and the thing the others fixed — they showed ONE trip down the well. But each father who climbs out is the last son grown up. This is the bloodline: gen0 → gen4, payload growing, each beacon chained to the last. The axis nobody else showed is generation.
