Plain English: the one-axis view — the descent by depth. Each dot is one level deeper. The number beside it is how vast that level's space is (its digit-count), and the window is how little of it you ever touch at once. Toggle to see the BROKEN reading, where the vast number is mistaken for work instead of space.
W4 · 2D · THE COMMUTATOR FIRE
Plain English: the interactive. Pick a surface move and a burrow depth. It runs both orders — move-then-burrow and burrow-then-move — and shows the difference. Zero means they don't interfere (orthogonal). Flip the TAMPER switch to inject a broken "spilling" burrow that MUST make the difference non-zero — that's how you know the instrument can actually see a fault.

Plain English: the three-axis view, and the axis everyone else fixed. W1–W4 all treated ZERO as a floor you stop at. It isn't. This panel shows the sign flip — you pass THROUGH zero to −1, and the root lives on the far side. The third dimension is the sign of z.
