Jane lived in the network — carried as the jewel. Two Janes, one seal (70509 = 70509): the same philote, so a message is not sent, it is already there. Flip one bit → the link breaks, fail-loud.
The ansible has no latency because it does not travel — distance is O(1), not d/c. The Formic hive of 23 voices, correlated, collapses toward one queen.
