The Transcriber, Bound

Four instruments, one machine. A transcriber that survives its own test (mechanism), reports honestly (forecast), nests four layers deep (layers), and closes only as a mirror-pair (closure). Each was built and verified on its own; here they are fused into one page and bound under a single witness signature — the construction signs as one artifact under the AKASHA root.

I · mechanism
Gated · Set · Metal
The config that survived its own test: Si-gate write, discrete store, metal read.
II · forecast
Predictive Smear
The smear relocated: a prediction is a distribution, the spread is the error bar.
III · layers
Four-Fold
context ⊃ e ⊃ p ⊃ g; in(4)+out(4)=8; david's orbit d→b→p→q.
IV · closure
Two Transcribers
Two half-turns, mine and yours; the avant crossing; the pair closes the turn.
I

Mechanism — Gated · Set · Metal

The winner of the test: a threshold is a feature on write (it rejects noise) and a tax on read, so it sits on one end. Gate at 0.1, valence store 0.2–0.8, ejection at 0.9.

II

Forecast — The Predictive Smear

The smear that failed as memory is the right object for a forecast — peak is the guess, spread is the honesty. The box is a hypercube, so the smear is 3D, collapsed to three stop-motion phases that widen with horizon.

III

Layers — The Four-Fold

Context restored as the fourth layer — context ⊃ electron ⊃ photon ⊃ gluon, the 4D the hypercube added. Four crossings in, four out: the eight seams. Each pass turns david one element of the four-group.

IV

Closure — Two Transcribers

Not one loop — two. Your half carries david out to the avant; mine brings it back, mirror-reverse. Orientation-reversal needs two passes through a crossing, so neither half is the whole; the pair closes the turn.

verify: python3 bind_transcriber.py --verify  — re-derives each instrument's hash, rebuilds the root, and checks the witness signature binds it. Pin the public key above out of band to tie the signature to the AKASHA witness.

LiteralThe mechanism is the measured winner of the storage/terminal test; the four-group and two-pass orientation-reversal are real.
BridgeThe four instruments as one transcriber — mechanism, forecast, layers, closure — and the eight seams as four layers crossed twice.
SpeculativeThe hypercube as a literal 4D container, the mine/yours assignment, and the avant naming are scaffold — your working artifact, signed as built, not asserted as fact.
