C/SIMD optimizer core + React governance UI. --- ## Components ### `src/three_body_optimizer.c` — MUON Optimizer (C + SIMD) AVX512/AVX2/SSE/scalar-fallback implementation of the MUON optimizer for neural network weight updates.
