Every sphere of the Eskimo Brothers stack demoed one stage. This is all of them in one tool. Drop a raw multi-party conversation and a directory of who-has-what-authority, and the Workbench runs the entire pipeline live: it screens the noise, classifies each line by speech-act and tone, builds the validated substrate (the typed causal DAG), projects it to both faithful exits — HACI-C the document and MACI the message stream — and adjudicates by authority into a certified decision. Deterministic, in-browser, no model in the loop.

what this is. the headliner of The Atelier — a single production tool that converges the whole stack: the FS screen, the role-classifier (speech-act ⊥ tone), the continuity substrate + its two faithful exits (HACI-C carries provenance in a visible tail so M→H→M is lossless), and the authority adjudication that yields a certified decision. The same logic each sphere shipped, run end-to-end on one input.
honest line. the classifier cues are regex heuristics tuned per domain (healthcare / engineering), not model inference — that's the point: the pipeline is deterministic and auditable, and a human stays downstream of the certified set. the substrate here builds refs from adjacency (a single-thread approximation); a full graph from explicit replies is a declared extension.
