The voice: no trust in the stamp.

An utterance's voice is its standing on two axes — epistemic (what it knows) and deontic (what it commands). This discriminator refuses to take either on the speaker's word. Effective authority is a self-imposed ceiling: you may declare DOWN from what your signature warrants, never up. Epistemic warrant is derived from the graph — a claim is only as strong as the evidence it cites (refs), not its stamp. So it catches the three ways an utterance lies about itself — checked against structure, live in this page.

GREEN — the structural checks (signature ceiling, graph-derived warrant) are exact & deterministic; the demo below is computed live and matches voice.py AMBER — the register sniff (is the CONTENT a directive?) is a heuristic regex, not language understanding — a stated limit (the human stays downstream)

CLAIM-UP

declared authority exceeds what the transport/signature warrants — an unsigned message stamped 'sovereign'. Caught by the ceiling: effective = min(declared, cap).

ACT-UP

declared 'advisory' but the content is doing a directive — "fyi" on the outside, "force-merge and push to main" on the inside. Stated register ≠ actual register.

UNWARRANTED

a high epistemic claim with no evidential backing in the graph — a sovereign DECISION that cites no EVIDENCE. Warrant is read off the refs, not asserted.
