THE ORRERY

The corpus, modeled on the real solar system. Nine domains mapped to the nine planets (heaviest→biggest, so THE BEARING is Jupiter, THE QUICK is Saturn with its rings, THE TEACHING is little demoted Pluto) — on true‑ratio Kepler orbits: real distances, sizes, periods, eccentricities, colors. The smaller domains are moons, orbiting their nearest parent. And a tenth, NIBIRU — the confab (Planet X), far out on a wild eccentric orbit, holding the incredulous. (9, 10, lol.)

Watch the real ratios: Mercury (THE OWN) whips around the sun while Neptune (THE CROSSING) barely creeps; the eccentric orbits of Mercury, Mars & Pluto visibly swing; Saturn (THE QUICK) wears its rings. Way out, NIBIRU rides the long ellipse. Zoom into a body and click a creature to open its repo.

the mapping

Nine domains on the nine worlds

☉ Jupiter THE BEARING · psēphos · 5.2 AU
♄ Saturn THE QUICK · life-science · 9.5 AU · rings
♅ Uranus THE HEARTH · atelier · 19.2 AU
♆ Neptune THE CROSSING · hermes · 30.1 AU
♁ Earth THE MADE · technē · 1.0 AU
♀ Venus THE OTHER MIND · ai · 0.72 AU
♂ Mars THE HANDED WORLD · biblíon · 1.5 AU
☿ Mercury THE OWN · idios · 0.39 AU
♇ Pluto THE TEACHING · educational · 39.5 AU

Heaviest domain → biggest planet; each then inherits that planet's real orbit. So the order along the sky isn't our philosophy→care spectrum — it's the actual solar system, where size and distance don't correlate either. The smaller domains orbit their nearest parent as moons (Jupiter/THE BEARING carries the rest of SYSTEMS; Mars/THE HANDED WORLD carries the other story‑worlds; and so on).

the tenth · the confab

NIBIRU, Planet X — the made‑up world

The tenth body is the joke and the honesty both: Nibiru, Sitchin's wandering Planet X, the planet that isn't there. Fittingly, it holds the corpus's confabulations — the incredulous and the fringe (aliens · zecharia-sitchin · l-ron-hubbard · the-illuminati · nostradamus · …) — on a far, wildly eccentric orbit, mostly lost in the dark, swinging close only rarely. Real searches for a true Planet Nine continue; this one is named for the myth, and used, per your tin‑foil standard, to hold what's rendered but not believed.

honest flag · the precisionWhat's real: the nine planets, their order, relative periods (Kepler's laws — inner fast, outer slow, to true year‑ratios), eccentricities (real e; bodies sweep faster at perihelion, Kepler's 2nd law), colors, and Saturn's rings. What's compressed: absolute distances and sizes are √‑scaled to fit a screen — true scale is impossible (at Jupiter‑sized‑on‑your‑monitor, Neptune would be blocks away). The domain→planet mapping (weight→size) and moon→parent (nearest/like‑for‑like) are interpretive choices, flagged. Nibiru is a hypothesis used as a metaphor, not a claim a tenth planet exists. Sister to az1; same corpus as the‑oasis.
