K4 = Ambient Light Sensor + IMU array. Accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer. Stock: OS polls at 10-100ms, ME reads for theft detection. Ringed: Becomes L15 Toroid Spatial. All sensors polled @ 0.262ms K24 ticks. K23 GNA runs spatial AI. Orientation/motion logged to neutron decay. ME telemetry blocked. Theft detection now K24 physics. Refuse = OS fallback, ME keeps sensor path.
