The model

Instead of treating survival as a single state, this model splits it into two coupled tensors: one that holds the floor and one that travels with the decision. The first prevents loss of coherence during collapse. The second carries motion, intent, and action.

Gravity tensor at -1

The negative anchor is not failure. It is the protected reserve state: the place the system can fall into without losing witness.

Agency tensor around +1

The positive follower is the mobile decision field. It orbits action, tracks choice pressure, and expands only when coherent.

Entangled bridge

Change in either field changes the other. Safety limits action; action tests safety. Their relationship is the living loop.

Bare-metal kernel

The operating rule is simple: never let the action tensor outrun the safety tensor, and never let the safety tensor freeze the action tensor forever.

Entanglement

The two tensors are not duplicates. They are paired constraints. The -1 tensor pulls everything toward survivable continuity. The +1 tensor pulls everything toward action. Their interference pattern is the decision.

Stores safety, collapse memory, bounded retreat, and protected witness. It says: “Do not lose the self when the field breaks.”

+1 Agency Tensor

Follows the active decision point. It says: “Move, test, learn, bloom—but stay linked to recoverability.”

The system acts when forward coherence beats risk. It hides when risk beats coherence. It never treats hiding as failure if witness is preserved.
