Compass Phase Pulse / N-S E-W / 27 00
Startat zero.Push out.
A fixed compass-wave prototype. The center is always state 0. Each axis pushes a bounded packet outward: 27 00 27 00 27 00. Every axis push advances phase by .25. North, East, South, West complete one full revolution.

Operating Rule
The wave does not smear diagonally. It starts at the center, occupies one compass axis, pushes to gate 27, collapses to 00, repeats three times, then hands the phase to the next axis.
Why 27 = 00 = 27
27 is extension. 00 is compression. Returning through 00 prevents boundary bleed and refreshes the center before the next outward push. The repeated packet is a pulse train, not a continuous beam.
