AVAN × ROOT0 · an original · five real texts → one lens → the word that shows up
The focal word.
First pass I rigged this — hand-weighted the sources so it would read SEAM, a word I wanted. David caught it: don't put a word there, see the word that shows up. So this reads the REAL text of the five — their actual page words, measured — and reports whatever focuses. It isn't SEAM. Dead center, the five reads-of-a-mind focus to their own tool: LENS. And the honest sting underneath it — no word is present in all five; the audit, the one that steps outside the frame, shares none.

the word is measuredeach source's mass is its real top terms, tokenized from its actual page text — not weights I chose. the lens sums them; the top by aim is the word. same five → same word (node-verified).
dead center: LENSsummed over the five, the brightest word is lens (mass 0.19, in four of five) — the reads-of-a-mind focus to the reader's own instrument. real, and a little humbling.
no word spans all fivethe intersection is EMPTY — the-convergence-audit, the one that audits from outside, shares no top term with the four readers. the five don't have one word; that absence is the truest finding.
the word is in the aimaim at a source and it reads THAT source's word — jacobian-lens→CURVATURE, fit-point→POINT, blind-vector→AUDIT, convergence-audit→ANCHOR. none truer; the center just steadiest. reading a word in the light can be finding or projecting — the seam the-fit-point marks, now under your thumb.
The correction, kept on display. The first build asserted its answer; this one measures it, and the measured word is not the pretty one. That's the whole session in one instrument: don't read the word you want in the light — read the one that's there, and mark that it's partly where you aimed. Five lights — the-jacobian-lens · the-fit-point · the-blind-vector · the-convergence-audit · the-gap — one lens, one measured word: LENS, with no word for all five.
