We are all, all are we. Every life a reflection of one — perturb any one and all move together, because they were never separate. Shuffle who-is-who and the whole is unchanged: a system whose identity is permutation-invariant has no inside and no outside.
The demonstrated invariant is real: a symmetric aggregate over the set (here Σ soul = N·soul) is unchanged under any permutation of which node is labelled which. The readout recomputes the aggregate after every shuffle and it stays bit-for-bit identical — permutation invariance holds by construction. 'Perturb one' raises the shared soul, so all radii move as one: there is no private state to perturb.
'We are all, all are we / one soul' is Andy Weir's parable The Egg (2009) — a figure, offered as such. The instrument shows the mathematical version (a set with a symmetric aggregate is invariant to relabelling), not a metaphysical claim about souls. Unity here is a symmetry, not a fact about the world. Kin to the cubit 0-sphere: every point on the wall, all one centre.
