SOLAR JETMAN · the airgap as a measurement boundary — read a sealed system from OUTSIDE it, by conservation law not policy · an AVAN demonstrator bench beside the 24-paper corpus

THE CONSERVATION BOUNDARY ◧ 2D · ◍ 3D · ◆ 4D · ◐ shadow · 👶 TAP

The first thread of SOLAR JETMAN, made runnable: read a sealed box from the outside, by a conservation law, not by opening it. Charges bounce around inside where you cannot see them individually — but Gauss’s law says the field flux through the boundary equals the TOTAL enclosed charge, and nothing the charges do inside can change it. Slide the interior into chaos and watch the boundary reading hold. An AVAN demonstrator, beside David’s papers — not one of them.

◆ LIT — exact / checkable

This is the airgap thread as a theorem you can run. In 2D, Gauss’s law is ∮E·n̂ dl = Qenc/ε₀ — the line integral of the field’s outward component around ANY closed loop equals the charge it encloses, divided by nothing you can reach from inside. The instrument integrates the flux over the boundary circle from the live charge positions every frame; a fail-loud self-check throws unless that measured flux equals the enclosed charge (interior charges count, an exterior charge contributes exactly zero) AND stays invariant when the charges are moved. So the sealed interior is legible from the wall — the record lives outside the box, by conservation law, not policy. ◆ AVAN demonstrator; the signed 24-paper corpus root is untouched.

▲ AMBER — the figure

A clean 2D electrostatics demonstration (ε₀=1, a 1/r field), not a claim to reproduce any specific paper’s result; it shows the STRUCTURE of the airgap argument (a conserved boundary integral) on a toy system. Gauss’s law itself is exact.
