IXION carried a tarot card, first flagged AMBER as ‘modern, filter-rejected’. that was an over-flag. the tarot deck is modern (Golden-Dawn, ~1888) — but the WHEEL it draws, the eternal wheel of fate and time that binds a figure who cannot step off, is ancient and cross-cultural: Greek (Ixion’s own wheel), Roman (the Rota Fortunae), and Hindu/Buddhist (the Kalachakra — literally the ‘wheel of time’ — and the Bhavachakra of becoming). that passes the deck’s own 2+-ancient-cultures filter. so the correspondence is LIT; only the specific tarot imagery stays the modern rendering. the wheel is old; the deck is new. corrected, and closed.
