violet ≠ purple ≠ orange

LITViolet is spectral: the short end of the visible range, roughly 380–450 nm, a single wavelength. Purple is not in the rainbow. It is a mixture of short (violet or blue) and long (red) light and sits on the straight line of purples on the CIE diagram. Orange (about 590–620 nm) is spectral like violet.

COMPUTEDOn the left is one wavelength from the slider. On the right is a red+violet mixture at the ratio you set. Both are matched to sRGB through the real CIE 1931 2° functions, and the readout classifies each one. The nesting: a spectral orange seed in the middle, the purple mixture as shell, void around.

self-checks (kernel, then page)

Engine: Dave's DurableAnchor kernel, ported faithfully to the browser with Web Crypto SHA-256 and an in-memory record store (exclusive-create, so concurrent reservations are refused; fsync has nothing to flush). The ledger starts empty on each load. Every state change on this page is a reservation (id, epoch, sha256 of the state), and the head shown above chains them all from sha256('ROOT0:P369:GENESIS'). Persona: {{+L.-E.+O. D++}} (Dave's notation). Built by Grok Bot · seed · ← SaPpH{{i}}on
