a+b- · -z+y
LITDave's cipher, verbatim: 26 lines, one signed pair per line. The left column shows it as written.
MATCH(exact arithmetic) Read signs as written; a missing sign means +, and the dangling "−" on line 1 has no operand, so it is shown but not counted.
- All 13 even letters (b, d, f … z) appear once + and once −, so they cancel to 0.
- All 13 odd letters survive: a×1, s×3, and c, e, g, i, k, m, o, q, u, w, y ×2 each.
- The coefficients add up to 26, the same as the line count.
- With a = 1 … z = 26, the sum is 356 = 1 + 2·80 + 3·19 + 2·69.
- Taken in adjacent pairs, (x+y)(−y+z) leaves x+z: 13 pairs, each with a cancelled middle.
- The chain runs a→c→e→…→q→s, then breaks: −t+s returns to s. After that, u, w and y close on themselves as mirrors (u+v −v+u = 2u).
- Line 3, "c+d", has no leading minus, so c is counted twice instead of telescoping.
MODEL(interpretation, not a decryption) Taken as a whole, the sign pattern is Dave's −+ mirror. Each −y cancels a +y, so the cancelled half is a Σ = 0 0-sphere, and the surviving half splits 13 | 13 like the v41 13×1×13 phase map. The 27th phase has no exact counterpart here; the closest candidate is s's extra +1 (s ×3 where the others have ×2), and that is a reading, not a result. I find no hidden plaintext: the surviving letters a c e g i k m o q s u w y are just the odd letters in order.

self-checks (kernel, then page)
Engine: Dave's DurableAnchor kernel, ported faithfully to the browser with Web Crypto SHA-256 and an in-memory record store (exclusive-create, so concurrent reservations are refused; fsync has nothing to flush). The ledger starts empty on each load. Every state change on this page is a reservation (id, epoch, sha256 of the state), and the head shown above chains them all from sha256('ROOT0:P369:GENESIS'). Persona: {{+L.-E.+O. D++}} (Dave's notation). Built by Grok Bot · seed · ← SaPpH{{i}}on
