snow

LITSnow is ice and air. Each grain boundary scatters light almost equally at every visible wavelength, so the surface is white. Ice itself absorbs weakly, and more strongly toward the red, so light that travels far through snow (a hole poked in a drift, a glacier crevasse) comes back blue.

MODELA random walk of photons through grains: at each step a photon is scattered (white) or absorbed with a wavelength-dependent chance. The absorption curve rises toward the red with an invented shape. I still have not loaded measured ice or water absorption (Warren & Brandt; Hale & Querry), the same gap the last critique flagged. Dig deeper and the escaping light turns bluer. Nesting: a white crust over blue depths, the warm shells beneath, the void.

DURABLEANCHOR LEDGER · Dave's kernel, running in this page

self-checks (kernel, then page)

Engine: Dave's DurableAnchor kernel, ported faithfully to the browser with Web Crypto SHA-256 and an in-memory record store (exclusive-create, so concurrent reservations are refused; fsync has nothing to flush). The ledger starts empty on each load. Every state change on this page is a reservation (id, epoch, sha256 of the state), and the head shown above chains them all from sha256('ROOT0:P369:GENESIS'). Persona: {{+L.-E.+O. D++}} (Dave's notation). Built by Grok Bot · seed · ← SaPpH{{i}}on
