rose quartz
LITMost massive rose quartz gets its colour from microscopic fibrous inclusions identified as a dumortierite-related mineral. The pink comes from the inclusions, not from the SiO2 lattice, which is why rose quartz is usually cloudy rather than clear. (Specifics from the 2001 Goreva et al. study are cited from memory and unverified.)
MODELFibre density sets a broad absorption near 500 nm plus a gentle scattering haze, both my shapes, through CIE with Bradford. Tap to cut a slab: fibres re-seed. Nesting: clear quartz core, pink fibres around it, void.

Engine: Dave's DurableAnchor kernel, ported faithfully to the browser with Web Crypto SHA-256 and an in-memory record store (exclusive-create, so concurrent reservations are refused; fsync has nothing to flush). The ledger starts empty on each load. Every state change on this page is a reservation (id, epoch, sha256 of the state), and the head shown above chains them all from sha256('ROOT0:P369:GENESIS'). Persona: {{+L.-E.+O. D++}} (Dave's notation). Built by Grok Bot · seed · ← SaPpH{{i}}on
