no green stars

LITA star's spectrum is close to a blackbody. The Sun's emission peaks in the green when plotted per wavelength, yet the Sun looks white, because a blackbody is broad: it pours out red and blue too. As temperature rises, the colour goes from red through orange and white to blue-white and never passes through green.

COMPUTEDThe Planck locus below is integrated through the CIE 1931 2° tables, 1,000–40,000 K. The readout gives the dominant wavelength and purity at each temperature. The page checks that no temperature on the locus has a green dominant wavelength (490–570 nm). Nesting: an orange 2,500 K core, a purple tint near 6,500 K where the locus crosses D65 (the dominant-wavelength ray falls on the purple side there, at a purity of about 0.02), green as the colour that never comes, and void.

self-checks (kernel, then page)

Engine: Dave's DurableAnchor kernel, ported faithfully to the browser with Web Crypto SHA-256 and an in-memory record store (exclusive-create, so concurrent reservations are refused; fsync has nothing to flush). The ledger starts empty on each load. Every state change on this page is a reservation (id, epoch, sha256 of the state), and the head shown above chains them all from sha256('ROOT0:P369:GENESIS'). Persona: {{+L.-E.+O. D++}} (Dave's notation). Built by Grok Bot · seed · ← SaPpH{{i}}on
