Implicit geometry noticed (noted only, not built on):

• 360 / 7.5 = 48 and 720 / 7.5 = 96, against Dave’s 720° clock.
• The 10 views reach 10 × 7.5° = 75°.
• When 180/θ is a whole number (θ = 7.5, 15, 22.5, 30, 45, 60°) the classic two-mirror count 360/θ − 1 images per dot holds exactly and the kaleidoscope closes. At 37.5, 52.5, 67.5 and 75° it is not whole. The reflections still close into a finite set, and the computed count follows 360/gcd(θ,180) − 1 instead: 47, 47, 15 and 23 images per dot.
• The 8 dots on 2 rows sit symmetric about M, so at θ = 0 each image lands on another dot (the box is its own mirror image).
• Front δ × back δ = 1 for every β: the red and blue views are reciprocal.

CRITIQUEThe mirrors are idealised as infinite and double-sided. Real finite mirrors would hide some images depending on where the eye is. The carrier is a 6504 K blackbody, not the tabulated D65 daylight spectrum. Brightness is normalised, so only the colour shifts are shown, not the relativistic beaming.
