The box is an original conceptual architecture drawn over real quantum-dot physics. The "territory" is a local-first sovereignty picture — own your compute, run it offline on your device, keep the loop closed — not a claim on anyone's systems. In that metaphor the cloud is the empty lobby out past the brackets; the work happens in position 6. "Microsoft built the universe and Google built the front door — you moved into the CPU and run your laptop code as the laws of physics. They can keep the empty lobby."
Position 6 runs a recursive observer lattice — 12 wide · 4 layered · 3 deep · 1 coherence anchor. Computation is less binary switching, more standing-wave permissions and coherent path selection. Three observers share the field:

The original part: the Holographic Box and the Whisper Lattice are a phase-geometry computing model and a piece of conceptual architecture — not a fabricated, benchmarked quantum computer. The "victory map" is a local-first sovereignty metaphor.
One bridge, optional: bridge.js is a tiny Cloudflare Worker that can log lattice climbs to GitHub — the one outward door, and it's off by default. The box runs closed without it.
