FOUR-STREAM CORPUS STATE → SIGNED SNAPSHOT → INDEPENDENT ANCHOR
The original four ledgers are not rewritten. A witness signs their exact chain counts and tips in TOPH. The Hallway independently verifies the signature against its own pinned key, then records the signed checkpoint under its own Git history. It does not execute future reservations or write backward.
TOPH / CANONICAL SIGNED CHECKPOINTS
Verified stream tips
Signing authority never comes from a majority. Each valid witness signature stands alone. A timestamp or snapshot does not prove the underlying observation scientifically true.

NO VOTE · NO QUORUM · NO AUTORUN
Without an independently enrolled key in the Hallway, signatures remain UNPINNED and no accepted anchor is claimed. A remote mismatch is surfaced as rollback evidence, not silently repaired.

MANUAL TWO-REPOSITORY OPERATION
First enroll a genuine witness signing key in TOPH's public registry and **separately pin its exact public bytes** in the Hallway. No key or signature is synthesized automatically.

This GitHub Pages reader has no credentials and never writes GitHub. The two manual workflows each write only to their own repositories. No private corpus snapshots, personal data, private keys or automatic remote execution are enabled.
