No session receipts

SHA-256 hashes detect local edits but are not signatures; a malicious actor can replace the whole local chain. Export off-device for independent retention. No automatic NOM submission.

-p past reads → -p+ present lives → +p future writes → next turn. A written prediction returns as a recorded claim, not a verified outcome.

Production handoff

Implemented: case-sensitive foundation grammar, source-linked observation input, pre-witness forecast, scored outcome, export, and optional read-only NOM ledger access. Not yet operationally certified: server-side durable storage, signatures, identity/access controls, external replay protection, authenticated NOM synchronization, scheduled ingestion, or prediction calibration. The frozen KET baseline is unchanged.
