**What it is.** THE CAPSTONE PRINCIPLE (the one rule under every Series-E correction): an idea is load-bearing only if it has a MEASURE — a number that responds to a control, predicts, or corrects. Structure transfers free (an analogy carries shape for nothing); the measure must be EARNED per level, in that level's own units.
