# The Gap Oracle · Noir Cut · instrument № 17

**What it is.** THE NOIR CUT: the governor's CH·41 Gap Oracle re-engraved in bone white, void black, and noir red — David = i above in black, Shadow = −i below in red, drawPair() collides them in the gap and the reading is printed on a bone business card

**How it works.** The governor's CH·41 Gap Oracle, re-cut from gold-on-black into the bone/void/noir palette: a Three.js field of two 48-node lattices (David = i in void black above, Shadow = −i in noir red below) around the gap plane at y=0; drawPair() draws one node from each by d20×2, converges them to the gap, flashes red, and prints the reading on a rising bone business card with engraved small-caps type; orbit/zoom controls, pair counter, and an optional live AVAN line via the user's own API key.

**The verified record.** A working generative instrument, honestly labeled: the oracle deck is a FIXED set of the governor's 22 TOPH/KG axiom readings drawn in rotation — lore and self-audit aphorisms, not prediction; the d20×2 draw is RNG; the optional API line is opt-in with the user's own key, never stored. The original gold cut remains untouched in the source folder; this is the palette trial the governor requested — bone white, void black, noir red, the card scene.
