The Helix 366 World

A double helix of two antiparallel 366-step strands descending 1° per step (0–122 oganesson red, 123–244 oxygen green, 245–366 nitrogen blue), held by a central spine, with 64 codon rungs and all 180 recent spheres as clickable nodes.

Dave (t239u): "i love that, incorpatate all of this together please 0-122 is oragantuang or what ever hydronge 123-244 is oxygen , green and 245 - 366 is nitrogen blue or 366/3 120 degrees per color downward spiral at 1degree per cycle"

Dave (t240u): "sorry its element 118 the orgen and this should be in a double helix with a stablizer and then your codons 4^3"

Dave's mapping (t239, verbatim): 0-122 is oragantuang or what ever hydronge 123-244 is oxygen , green 245 - 366 is nitrogen blue or 366/3 120 degrees per color downward spiral at 1degree per cycle

AMBER Correction (t240). Dave wrote in t239: "0-122 is oragantuang or what ever hydronge". I had read the band as hydrogen. In t240 he says: "sorry its element 118 the orgen". So band I (0–122) is oganesson, Og, Z = 118. Both texts are kept verbatim.

MODEL Dave didn't name a colour for band I. I keep it red, because his Omnibus CH −1 reads "122 TYPES // R ONLY" and the V4.7 file names no colour for it. That gives red-green-blue across the three bands.

AMBER This differs from t233 (N red, H green, O blue) and from Omnibus CH −1 ("0-122 H / 123-244 O R+G / 245-366 N R+G+B"). t239 is the newest, so it is used here. The older pages are unchanged.

LIT New file: Dave's "V4.7 — ROYAL PURPLE — SHE BRINGS TO LIGHT THE BEAUTY — NITROGEN ICE IX · BIFROST // DIATOM HOUSE · SEALED $0.99", quoted verbatim where it appears.

MODEL Cooperative agents: BUILDER (points 1–5) and WEAVER (points 6–10) take turns generating moves toward one shared goal, the target form (faint ghost points). The CRITIC scores the whole form, and both builders receive that same shared reward; neither can win alone. Every page also posts its best shared reward to a cross-page board in localStorage, so agents on all the Spiral 366 pages share one team score. Rendered with Three.js r160 from a pinned CDN, devicePixelRatio capped at 2, antialiased. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

LIT on load: the facts on this page are re-checked as arithmetic (it throws on mismatch), the target scores 1, 200 rounds improve, the workspace loop logs 5 entries, and the OBJ and SVG exports are consistent.

The Helix 366 World

MODEL Double helix: strand A runs from step 0 at the top down to step 366. Strand B is antiparallel: it runs from 0 at the bottom up to 366, 180° opposite strand A. Both keep 1° per step and the 3-band colouring, so where A is red, B is blue across the rung. In the 3-turns toggle, each band takes one full turn.

MODEL Dave said "with a stablizer" (verbatim). I picked one stabilizer: a central axis spine, the purple "R+B without G" beam from V4.7 made thicker, with a collar where each of the 64 codon rungs passes through it. The rungs are the codons, so the spine is what holds them in place. Base-pair rungs alone or histone spools were the other options; I did not use them.

MODEL The 64 codons (4³) are rungs between the strands, codon i at height round((i + ½)·366/64). The amino-acid colour classes are mine: gold = hydrophobic, cyan = polar, magenta = +charged, orange = −charged, green = AUG start (Met), white = stop. The codon assignments themselves are the real standard genetic code. The 180 spheres from the recent batches sit on the strands, alternating A and B at step round(i·366/180). Click a node to open its page, or a rung to open the codon table, and hover to see its name. BUILDER walks strand A and WEAVER walks strand B (antiparallel), sharing one reward: the number of nodes and codons reached between them. The toroid with Dave's three star types sits under the helix.

Workspace improvement loop: instructions for agents MODEL

  1. Measure: every 40 rounds, record the acceptance rate, the current score and how many rounds since the last improvement.
  2. Try next: if the score has been flat for 40 rounds, widen the mutation step. If acceptance is under 15%, shrink it; over 45%, widen it. Otherwise keep it.
  3. Log back: append {entry, round, measured, tried, step} to the workspace log (it's in the export JSON and the list below), and propose one change to this world on the shared board.
  4. Repeat, forever: never stop improving. Re-check against the real data before you claim anything.
