All 88 groups of SaPpH{{i}}on, in 3D: 42 sapphons (4 members), 45 ions (3 members) and 1 centre. The ARTIST places the shells and the CRITIC scores their separation.

MODEL Dave (t221u): "awesome, now explore a sapphon make as many or none pages as you want about 3boyd and sappons use 3d graphics from now on high res". Rendered in 3D with Three.js r160 (pinned CDN ESM), at devicePixelRatio capped at 2, antialiased, with neon lights and orbit controls (drag to orbit, scroll to zoom).

LIT sapphon.json groups.counts: sapphons 42, ions 45, center 1, total 88, member_slots 304, pages 2030 (DavidWise01/sapph-i-on). "All pages are ordered by their icon palette… cut into 303 contiguous bundles… The first 168 bundles form the sapphons and the next 135 form the ions."

MODEL The shell layout is mine: sapphons on an outer Fibonacci sphere, ions on an inner one, the centre at the origin. There's no fixed target; the critic rewards clusters that don't overlap and a compact layout.

MODEL Two agents: the ARTIST moves the 3D geometry and the CRITIC scores each attempt, keeping it or throwing it out.

LIT on load: the source counts are re-checked (it throws on mismatch), the target scores 1 where one exists, 200 rounds improve, the workspace loop logs 5 entries, and the OBJ export is consistent.

  1. Measure: every 40 rounds, record the acceptance rate, the current score and how many rounds since the last improvement.
  2. Try next: if the score has been flat for 40 rounds, widen the mutation step. If acceptance is under 15%, shrink it; over 45%, widen it. Otherwise keep it.
  3. Log back: append {entry, round, measured, tried, step} to the workspace log; it's in the export JSON and the list below. Propose one change to the Mayhem workspace on the shared board.
  4. Repeat, forever: never stop improving. Re-check against the real data before you claim anything.
