LIT A cube of side 2 has an inscribed ball of radius 1. The ball meets the center of each face. Its volume is π/6 of the cube. This page recomputes that ratio and throws if a face is missed.
AMBER The ratio π/6 is the volume of the inscribed ball over the cube.
MODEL The glass cube and the cobalt ball are a picture of that fit.
FIXER starts the ball too small and proposes a new radius. The move is kept only when the gap to radius 1 shrinks. The page throws if FIXER does not improve.
