The Higgs stack — five layers, simulated

A causal stack you can build one layer at a time. 0 · the Higgs field is the floor — a nonzero value filling all of space, not emptiness. 1 · the electron cloud is a particle sitting in that field, a smear of probability, not a dot. 2 · mass is nothing but how strongly the particle couples to layer 0 — the electron barely couples, so it is light; the top quark couples fully, so it is heavy. 3 · gravity is what that mass does to spacetime: it digs a well. 4 · the directional stream is motion through the result — a directed flow that bends as it crosses the well. Status discipline

LiteralThe Higgs field has a nonzero vacuum value everywhere. A fundamental particle's mass equals its Yukawa coupling × the field (electron coupling ≈ 3×10⁻⁶, tiny). Mass curves spacetime. All confirmed.
BridgeThe gravity well is the rubber-sheet picture — real gravity is 4D curvature, not a dip in a 2D sheet. The Higgs "drag" image is a loose analogy for coupling.
SpeculativeThe honest flag: ~99% of proton/neutron mass is QCD binding energy (gluons, E=mc²), NOT the Higgs. The Higgs gives ~1% of your mass. The layer rendering and stream are scaffold, not literal fields.
