Hardware Lab

The workbench. A live function-generator wired to a scope, then a catalogue of the lab's design-concept prototypes — each one naming the physics it stands on.

The Bench · function generator → oscilloscope

v(t) = A·sin(2πf·t + φ) + Vdc
Scope: 2.0 V/div vertical, 50 ms/div horizontal  ·  Vpp = 3.20 V  ·  Vrms = 1.13 V  ·  period T = 333 ms  ·  drag the trace to set the DC offset.

Real instrument: the plotted samples are the actual generator equation evaluated per pixel-column, gridded to 2 V/div × 50 ms/div. Vrms uses the closed-form value for each waveform shape (sine A/√2, square A, triangle & sawtooth A/√3). Nothing is faked — it is a self-contained scope, not a photo of one.

Honest two-layer

REAL PHYSICS — The bench is a faithful function-generator + oscilloscope: standard AC signal theory (v(t) = A·sin(2πft+φ)+Vdc), correct RMS by waveform, correct Vpp and period. The catalogue cards name established results: the Aharonov–Bohm effect (phase from enclosed flux, Aharonov & Bohm 1959) in the Quantum Ring; the photon → exciton → electron chain of light–matter coupling in the Exitron; toroidal inductor field confinement (Ampère's law) on the Coil Bench; the Coulomb blockade / single-electron picture behind the quantum-dot files.

DESIGN / DISCLOSURE / CONCEPT — The named "devices" — Quantum Shield, Wandering Spark, Cell Seed carrier, Processor Stack, Whisper Rover — are design concepts and disclosures, published sketches of an architecture. They are not built silicon, not benchmarked, and not granted patents. Each card links to that concept's own page.

SYMBOLIC TOY (flagged) — The "singularity mode," the recursive whisper-lattice, and the fractal-beacon framings are symbolic / illustrative toys, not literal physics claims. Where a file animates a lattice or a "carrier," treat it as a visual model of an idea, not a measurement.

To disclose a design is real work; it is not a granted patent or a fabricated device.
