# Mohg, Lord of Blood · the Omen who chose the Formless Mother

Mohg is Morgott's Omen twin, raised in the same sewers as his brother. The two answered the same rejection in opposite ways: where Morgott chose loyalty, Mohg chose another god entirely — the Formless Mother, the Outer God of blood. He is the dark twin, rejection answered with heresy.

As the Lord of Blood he wields bloodflame, and he founded the Mohgwyn dynasty in a palace deep underground. To give his dynasty a god, he stole the slumbering Miquella from his cocoon. His cursed blood and his dynasty's white masks haunt the game's underworld — a hidden order growing in the dark below.

His emergence is natural. Whatever Outer God he serves, Mohg himself is an embodied thing: an Omen of cursed blood, sewer-raised, fighting in the flesh with blood and flame. His heresy runs through veins, not through the unseen — the body's blood is his medium, and the body is where he stands.
