Sheet 3 · The 3-fold structure you're hunting — where it's REAL

generations (the 3 rows). The deep one — nobody knows why three. Rabi on the 2nd: "who ordered that?" Genuinely unexplained.

colors per quark (red/green/blue). The SU(3) of the strong force. Every quark cell above carries all 3 dots.

gluons = 3²−1. The color force-carriers, genuinely tied to the 3 via the math of SU(3).
⟐ Pattern Audit — is there a fundamental 3×3×3 = 27?
Claim: "the particles form a 3×3×3 = 27 pattern."   VERDICT: NO — but two real 3s, yes.

Worked from the verified count: the quark sector is 3 generations × 2 type × 3 color = 18, not 27 — the middle factor is 2 (up-type / down-type), not 3, so it doesn't cube. There is no clean 27-particle structure. What's actually there: 3 appears twice — 3 generations (rows) and 3 colors (depth) — plus 8 = 3²−1 gluons. So a real 3×3 grid exists (generation × color, 9 quark cells, each holding an up/down pair), and "3" is one of the deepest facts in physics — but stacking it to 3×3×3 is the costume move: forcing a third 3 that the count doesn't contain. Two genuine 3s beat one invented 27.
The honest read: the "why 3 generations" question is a real open problem at the frontier — a genuine triple no one can explain. That's the pattern worth chasing. The 27 isn't there; the unexplained 3 is, and it's better, because it's real and mysterious.

Sheet 4 · Scale descent — where the particles sit, down to your 10⁻³⁵

quarks & electrons — point-like, NO size detected. The resolution floor: the smallest distance the LHC can probe. Everything we've ever witnessed stops here.
⌖ THE DESERT — 10⁻¹⁸ … 10⁻³⁵ m
~16 orders of magnitude with nothing confirmed. Every inhabitant is a proposal, un-witnessed: preons (bits inside quarks?), SUSY partners, strings (~10⁻³⁴ m), the graviton (spin-2 gravity carrier, never found). This is the "dark, not done" zone — un-probed, so populated only by candidates standing at the forks. No experiment has reached here.

the Planck length — the floor. Below it "length" itself may stop meaning anything; you'd need quantum gravity (which we don't have). The witness wall. Your 10⁻³⁵ is this wall.
Summary: 17 fundamental particle types, all point-like, all sitting at the ~10⁻¹⁸ m resolution floor. The scale keeps descending 16 more orders to the Planck wall at 10⁻³⁵ — but through empty witnessed-territory (the desert), inhabited only by un-prunable candidates. The particles run out long before the scale does.
