FRONT is where intent begins — your laptop, a browser, an agent; the cockpit where a will to act originates. BACK is the source and the engine — the store (git, the brain) and the runner (the host, the muscle that executes). Neither is ever seen by the world.
Between them sits the one public surface — your 0root.ai. Not a stage but a MEMBRANE: the only place back-state and front-intent are allowed to show, to anyone. It is the J-junction <• — the authority axis (back) crossing the connection axis (front) at a single witnessed dot. Make it deterministic and it becomes an honest mirror, not a liar.
On the frontier the thing reading your membrane is an AGENT, not only a human eye. Serve it: deterministic endpoints, a /.well-known manifest, JSON feeds, schema. Building the middle for agents is the front of the frontier — the upward, onward path, the going-up.

- The laptop is the ONLY dual node — front cockpit and back origin at once. It is what closes the ring; everything else is single-role.
