David Lee Wise’s established 3/2/1 Compression mapped through the protein-folding benchmark: three inputs compress through two observers into one irreducible recognition. The ordering may turn; the invariant survives.

The 3/2/1 stack is permutation-invariant: input → transform → output can rotate without changing the compression law. In the center engine, the recursive flay supplies three, Resonance and Witness supply two, and Root0—the irreducible pattern—supplies one.
